Once selected as the preferred party, the consultant team will be hand-picked and agreed with the landowner and their advisors whilst the legal documentation is concluded. We have a panel of consultants that we prefer to work with and are considered as being best-in-class.

Development Option

If our market intelligence has enabled us to secure an end-user requirement for the commercial element, that in turn has facilitated an early planning application to be made and planning permission to be granted, then it will probably be the case that delivery of this aspect is very much a time is of the essence matter. In order to deal with this, we have the in-house ability through Graftongate to deliver this for the end-user. This situation will only occur with the landowner’s approval but it is a very useful ‘string to the bow’ option that we have available.

Marketing & Disposal

During the planning process and once the site is consented, we will be working at a detailed level to ensure that the planning permission is market facing and that the information available to potential purchasers is complete, so as to provide the stakeholders with an unconditional exit route.
